Process & Timeline

How does your process work from inquiry to installation?

Our process follows five clear stages:

  1. Consultation: We discuss your needs, take measurements, and understand your vision.
  2. Design: We create detailed plans and, for larger projects, 3D visualizations for your approval.
  3. Production: Once approved, we source materials and begin crafting in our workshop.
  4. Finishing: We apply stains, lacquers, or other finishes to your specifications.
  5. Installation: Our team installs everything on-site, ensuring perfect fit and function.
How long does a typical kitchen project take?

A standard kitchen takes 4-6 weeks from design approval to installation:

  • Design finalization: 1 week
  • Material procurement: 1 week
  • Production: 2-3 weeks
  • Installation: 3-5 days

Larger or more complex kitchens may take 6-8 weeks.

How long do wardrobes and other projects take?
  • Wardrobes: 2-3 weeks
  • Single doors: 1-2 weeks
  • Furniture pieces: 1-3 weeks depending on complexity
  • Full room fit-outs: 6-10 weeks

We'll provide a detailed timeline with your quotation.

Can you work with my architect or interior designer?

Absolutely! We regularly collaborate with architects and interior designers. We can work from their specifications or provide technical input to help realize their vision. We offer specification sheets and material samples for professional partners.

What is the pricing structure for your products?

Our pricing varies based on size, materials, finishes, and hardware. Starting prices:

  • Kitchen Systems: From UGX 8,000,000+
  • Wardrobe Systems: From UGX 4,000,000+
  • Doors & Frames: From UGX 800,000+
  • Furniture: From UGX 1,500,000+
  • Hospitality: Custom pricing based on scope

We provide detailed quotations with itemized costs for full transparency.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money)

What is your payment structure?

We typically require:

  • 50% deposit to begin production
  • 50% balance due upon completion, before installation

For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments (e.g., 40% deposit, 30% at production completion, 30% after installation).

Do you offer volume discounts for developers?

Yes! We offer modular interior packages with volume pricing for property developers. Contact us to discuss your project requirements and we'll provide competitive per-unit pricing for multi-unit developments.

Materials & Quality

What types of wood do you use?

We work with a variety of locally-sourced and imported hardwoods:

  • Musambya: Local hardwood with rich grain, excellent for furniture
  • Mugavu (Albizia): Durable with distinctive patterns
  • Mahogany: Classic choice with warm tones
  • Mvule: Premium African hardwood, highly durable
  • Pine: Affordable option, great for painted finishes
  • Eucalyptus: Sustainable, modern appearance

What finishes do you offer?

What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Issues arising from normal use
  • Joint failures or structural problems

Hardware (hinges, slides, handles) is covered by manufacturer warranties, typically 5-10 years for premium brands.

Do you use quality hardware?

Yes, we use premium hardware from trusted brands including Blum, Hettich, and Hafele. Quality hardware ensures smooth operation and longevity. We offer various grades to match different budgets while maintaining minimum quality standards.

Services & Installation

Do you provide design services?

Yes! Design is included in our process at no extra charge. We start with a site visit to take measurements and understand your needs. For larger projects, we create 3D visualizations so you can see exactly what you'll get before production begins.

Do you handle installation?

Absolutely. All our projects include professional installation by our trained team. We ensure everything fits perfectly, functions smoothly, and meets our quality standards before final handover.

Do you deliver outside Kampala?

Yes, we deliver and install throughout Uganda. Projects outside Kampala may include additional transport and accommodation costs for our installation team, which will be included in your quotation.

Can I visit your workshop?

Yes, we welcome workshop visits! It's a great way to:
