Yes! Design is included in our process. We start with a consultation to understand your needs, then create detailed plans and, for larger projects, 3D visualizations before production begins.
What is your payment structure?
We typically require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due upon completion before installation. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We accept mobile money, bank transfer, and cash.
Do you handle installation?
Absolutely. All our projects include professional installation by our trained team. We ensure everything fits perfectly and functions smoothly before final handover.
What warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our work with a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues arising from normal use. Hardware is covered by manufacturer warranties.
